An evening at the park

We have been trying to take advantage of the nice weather we have been having in the evenings. For the past few nights we have headed out for evening walks. It is great exercise for Jeremy and I and Logan seems to really enjoy it. Tonight we stopped at one of the neighborhood parks for some swing action. It was the first time Jeremy had seen Logan swing all by himself. As usual he enjoys it and we love seeing him smile!

Whats that under the table?!

Why its Logan!!!! I know I have already posted about this, but it still makes me laugh each and every time he does this, which happens to be daily. I just love looking up or down and seeinng him under the table.

Red Robin

Logan and I heading down to Bellevue Square to meet Auntie Brie and Grandma for a quick bite to eat at Red Robin. We had a great time. Logan was all smiles and was very excited to see Grandma and Auntie B. He enjoyed several coasters while we sipped soda and ate lunch.

A visit to the DOCTOR

I took Logan to the doctor today for a non routine check-up. My little monster has always had a "spit-up" issue but it has currently gotten uncontrollable. Logan was all smiles while waiting for the doctor to come in thanks to the crinkle paper!!! We need some of this in our diaper bag. The Dr diagnosed Logan with reflux and had many recommendations. We are going to give them a whirl and see what happens

By the way.....Logan weighed in at a whopping 19lbs 12ozs

Free Dinner

So having my world revolving around food, its no surprise that I would mistake a "FIRE DANGER" sign to say FREE DINNER.....I got so excited and was like where? Where is the free dinner?! So it was only normal to go 4 bying to get to the sign and take a picture. Oh Lake Chelan how I miss you!!!

Lake Chelan Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day my friend Meghan and I decided to head over to Chelan with the kiddos for a nice, long, relaxing weekend. We loaded up the car and headed out Saturday morning in hopes of missing all the traffic. The last thing we wanted to do was be at a complete stop on Highway 2 for 17 hours with 2 babies. Our plan worked. We were able to take make great time with a minimal amount of stops, and the kids did great which was all we could ask for. Surprisingly we had wonderful weather and we were able to spend much time outside. We somehow managed to get the babies on similar sleeping schedules which allowed us mommies to have plenty of tanning time. During our time there, we went to the park and pool, the lake and many many trips to wally world. Thanks Mimi and Meghan for having us!

mmmmm....peas!!

Feeding Logan has got to be one of my favorite things to do. I love trying new foods and seeing his reactions. He loves to eat and try new things. Most recently we tried peas. He loved them as usual and couldn't get enough!!!

Splish Splash I'm taking a BATH

Sitting up like a big boy in the bath and playing with toys is something Logan enjoys very much. As you can see, his breakfast bowl and spoon even made it to the tub today!

The cookie jar

For Easter Grandma Patti got Logan some "big kid" toys. Since Logan wasn't able to sit on his own, he couldn't enjoy them right away until now. He loves his cookie jar. It has all different kids of shapes. He plays music and counts too. His new favorite thing is fishing his binky out of the top. What a great toy

Roll away Logan

Logan gets around these days quite well since he has mastered rolling. The other day I put him on his play mat to play and I looked over and he was next to the couch, next thing I know he was looking up at me from under the table. Who knows where I will find him next

outdoor fun

After swimming, we headed to the park for some fun. The kids had fallen asleep on the walk over so Meghan, Michelle and I were able to sit back and relax for a bit. Once they woke up we got them to play. Logan went on the swing for the very 1st time all by himself!!! He was totally engrossed with the other swings swinging and would not take his eyes of them. After that, the kids played on the big toy and went down the slide.....

Pool Pals

We had a few days of blistering hot weather and Logan and I headed over to Meghan's mom's house for some outdoor fun. We got the kids dressesd in their suits and lathered them up with sunscreen and headed outside. They got to play on Finley's new slide and enjoyed some time in the pool. They really seemed to enjoy the pool and playing together. Thanks Mimi for having us over!!!
