Apple Cup
Last Saturday was Apple Cup....one of the biggest days in college football around here. Every year the Cougs take on their "Big Rivals" the Huskies to see who gets to bring home the Cup. As usual, both teams SUCK but its hard not to get into the S-P-I-R-I-T of it all since Auntie Karly is a Senior at WSU and Grandpa Dave is a proud Alumni. Logan was decked out in his COUGS jersey to help cheer them on. And it worked! Once again the Cougs take the cup back home where it belongs and UW is still win less this season!!!!

Fun times at the PFISTER house
Here are some random pictures of Logan from the past few days. We bought some bath tub color tablets to make fun colors in the water...not that he cares what color it is. Los new favorite thing to do is to play naked after bathtime. Its all fun and games until someone pees on the floor.

Playin at the Park
This weekend Logan and I took advantage of the nice fall weather. By nice I mean not raining. On Saturday we headed down to one of our favorite parks Gene Coulon to meet Meghan and Finley. For a short while it felt like old times........oh how I miss the good old days!!! Logan and Finley had a blast as did Meghan and I. The kids played on the toys, looked at the ducks and even got cozy and kissed. They are the cutest things I have ever seen and I am so thankful that Logan has Finley in his life and that Meghan is in mine! The weather stayed throughout the weekend and Logan and I headed out to another park on Sunday. We went to a great park in Lakemont and enjoyed a fall afternoon playing.

Ouchie Logan!
I think that Jeremy and I have been pretty lucky in the boo-boo department, minus the burn incident of 08. Logan has been very healthy and hasn't had an major illnesses. And we are so thankful for that. This past week however, we spent the morning at Children's Hospital for a scheduled surgery. We'd had it scheduled for awhile and I had just been dreading it. The thought of having your child put under is the worst feeling. I just dreaded the whole thing. I had no idea how Logan was going to react to this whole situation and I was just hoping he wasn't as scared as I was.
We arrived at Children's at 6:15am all bright eyed and bushy tailed....Seriously. Logan was totally awake and happy. We checked in and he instantly made friends with another boy 3 days older than him in the waiting room. Once we were called back, things still continued to go well. We talked to the nurses and the anesthesiologist and Logan's doctor. We got Logan dressed in his operating gown. Which I must say was the cutest thing I have ever seen. I am still kicking myself for not bringing the camera. Anyways....the surgery went well and was over super fast and when Logan was brought back to us from recovery he was as happy as a clam. I was shocked and not expecting this at all. It was as if nothing had happened at all. And thats how he continued to act the rest of the day and the days to follow. Jeremy and I both had Tuesday and Wednesday off and we had a great time relaxing at home and spending time with Bubba.

Sunday Funday!
Sunday was a fun, fun day. Logan and I baked muffins and cookies in the morning, went shopping in the afternoon, did laundry in the evening and then enjoyed a bath. What a day!
