Happy Father's Day Jeremy

This year we did a little something different for father's day. I tried to think of something that Jeremy really enjoyed doing that would be a fun thing for Logan. I came up with 2 ideas and presented them to Jeremy. Mariners Gamer or Emerald Dawns and by the pictures you can see what he decided. So we went to the race track for the day and had a great time. I think Logan is still a bit too young. But maybe by next year he will enjoy it a bit more. I think Jeremy appreciated it however. Maybe we will make this a tradition?

Chuck E Cheese

Logan and I spent an afternoon at chuck e cheese with our friends Melissa, Chea, and their 2 girls Kali and Keira. Keira and Logan are about 1 year apart and stuck close to the kiddie toys. They seemed to have a pretty good time. Kali was even nice enough to take them up on the big climbing maze. They all had a great time and enjoyed ice cream after!

A trip to the Zoo

I had Memorial Day off so Logan I headed to the zoo. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know if the weather would hold out or how busy it would be, but I wanted to do something fun. So I sucked it up. When we got there I pulled in to the 1st parking spot and got front row parking! SCORE! Once we finally got out of the car and up to where you would pay that was a different story! The line was out of control! Apparently their computers had gone down and they were doing everything by hand! Logan was good for all of 2 seconds. I tried bribing him with a snack but he threw that....embarrassing I know. i handing him his binky he threw that. I was getting impatient, but I didn't want to go home since we drove all the way down there. On the verge of tears we finally got to the front of the line and paid and made our way in. Or next problem where do we go. Most people who know me know I can't read a map to save my life so we just started walking. We ended up having a great time. Logan was great! He fell asleep half way through and I just wondered around. We never did make it to see the new attraction...the Penguins.....I couldn't figure out how to get there. Maybe next time. Heres some shots from the day Enjoy!

Logan's Surgery and A sleep over with Finley

So back in May....the 14th the be exact Logan had a minor surgical procedure. He had been sick for awhile and was not responding to multiple antibiotics. He had be congested for most of his short life and snored while sleeping. I recall tell his pediatrician at his 2 week appointment that he sounded like a pug. I just didn't think that this was normal and he was really bothering me and had for the past 18 months. Then he started daycare and got really sick. He had 2 ear infections and a sinus infection. The fluid in the ears wouldn't go away and the gook in his nose was GROSS and GREEN. So He saw one of the doctors at me work and she told us what I already knew....He needed Tubes and his Adenoids out. SO we did it. Logan was AMAZING and he is much better. We had a little scare a few weeks again but I think I am safe to say that after 8 rounds of antibiotics we are all better. Woot Woot.

The next day Bubba and I got to go down to visit our favorite friends for a sleep over. We had a great time. We went to a fun park and fed the ducks. Went out to dinner at a near by Mexican restaurant and got ice cream cones on the way home. The next day, we headed into Issaquah where we met Mimi for Starbucks and headed over to the Farmer's Market. It was a blast.
