I had Memorial Day off so Logan I headed to the zoo. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know if the weather would hold out or how busy it would be, but I wanted to do something fun. So I sucked it up. When we got there I pulled in to the 1st parking spot and got front row parking! SCORE! Once we finally got out of the car and up to where you would pay that was a different story! The line was out of control! Apparently their computers had gone down and they were doing everything by hand! Logan was good for all of 2 seconds. I tried bribing him with a snack but he threw that....embarrassing I know. i handing him his binky he threw that. I was getting impatient, but I didn't want to go home since we drove all the way down there. On the verge of tears we finally got to the front of the line and paid and made our way in. Or next problem where do we go. Most people who know me know I can't read a map to save my life so we just started walking. We ended up having a great time. Logan was great! He fell asleep half way through and I just wondered around. We never did make it to see the new attraction...the Penguins.....I couldn't figure out how to get there. Maybe next time.
