A weekend at WSU

This past weekend Logan and I took a trip with Grandma to see Auntie Karly. After our last road trip, we vowed no more for the rest of the year.......apparently I forgot that. Road trips are never really fun in my opinion, let alone a road trip with an almost 1 year old. We packed up and headed out Friday morning and I prayed for a good trip. Who was I kidding. Logan woke up with the start of a fever and out of sorts. What a way to start off a 5 hour trip. After that, we spent 20 mins at the stupid gas station trying to figure out how to pump gas........its rocket science I know. Finally we were on the road.....PHEW! Over all the trip wasn't that bad, just boring as all H and too long.

Once we arrived Logan, Karly and I headed up to the new bookstore for some COUG gear for Logan. We took a brief walk on campus......saw people rollerblading and Japanese tourist taking pictures. The weather was decent and it was nice to wonder around campus.

Logan finished off his 1st evening in Pullman by pooping in Auntie Karly's bathtub and peeing on the floor. Along with that he came down with a fever of 101.5. So I was in for a long night. I am not quite sure what I was thinking when we decided to stay with my sister in her apartment. Shes lives in an apartment on a college campus and we were there on a Friday night....clearly I was having a lapse in judgement. Anywho.......needless to say, our 1st night in Pullman was rough.

We spent Saturday shopping at Costco and eating Mexican food and attempted to cheer on the COUGS, but whats the point really?! I mean they suck!!!

Despite the long drive and Logan being sick, we had a great time with Auntie Karly and wished wee could have spent more time with her. Here are some pictures of our weekend.

I like how you had to include a nice photo of valhalla in pullman. because that is clearly the classiest establishment that we have to offer! maybe next time we can actually go there, and you can see just how creepy it is!! however, they do have cheap wings and beer on wednesday nights..
